Every Monday 8:30-9:15. A Clubbercise Class feels more like a night out than a workout! Set to club classics in a darkened hall with disco lights & your Clubbercise glow sticks. Easy to follow & fun! You need official Clubbercise glow sticks to take part in this class. These LED reusable Clubbercise glow sticks can be purchased before the class starts for £4. They are reusable and last a long time! The class is 45 minutes long.

Quick Release Cycling Club are based in The Meads Sittingbourne Kent and normally cycle on Tuesday evenings at 6:45pm and Sunday mornings at 9am, out from and back to the Jenny Wren pub on Staplehurst Road.
